1. About Graphza Studio

Graphza Studio provides digital graphic design services, including but not limited to:

• Vector tracing
• Logo and branding services
• Business card design

• Background removal
• AI-generated artwork to vector conversion
• Letterhead design
• Cartoon portraits
• Invoice design
• Employee ID card design
• CNC / engraving-ready black and white conversion
• Embroidery digitizing
• Other custom graphic design services

Services available on the website may change from time to time.

2. Client Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Ensuring that information submitted through your account is accurate

You should notify Graphza Studio if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Placing an Order

When placing an order, the client is responsible for providing complete and accurate requirements, reference files, text, images, dimensions, colors, and other necessary information.

An order may not begin until the required information has been provided.

Incomplete or unclear requirements may affect delivery time.

4. Design Process

After an order is placed, Graphza Studio may review the client's requirements before beginning the design process.

Our team may communicate with the client through the website dashboard, email, or another supported communication method.

The design process may include concept development, design production, revisions, and final delivery.

5. Revisions

Where unlimited revisions are included in the selected service, Graphza Studio will continue making reasonable revisions until the client is satisfied with the design.

Revisions should remain related to the original order requirements.

A completely new concept, different service, or substantially different project may be treated as a new order or may require an additional charge.

6. Delivery

Final files will be delivered according to the service or package purchased.

Depending on the service, final files may include formats such as EPS, AI, PDF, SVG, PSD, PNG, JPG or other applicable formats (EMB, DST, PES, HUS, JEF, EXP, CND, XXX).

The exact file formats included depend on the service/package ordered.

7. Source Files

If editable/source files are included in the selected service or package, they will be provided with the final delivery.

If source files are not included in a particular service, the client may contact Graphza Studio regarding availability.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorization to use any images, logos, photographs, fonts, text, trademarks, or other materials provided to Graphza Studio.

The client is responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.

Graphza Studio is not responsible for copyright or ownership disputes arising from materials supplied by the client.

9. Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change.

The applicable price at the time the order is placed will normally apply to that order.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available by Graphza Studio.

An order will normally enter the production process after successful payment and receipt of the required order information.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Graphza Studio provides a 100% refund guarantee for successfully cancelled orders in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Clients can submit a cancellation request from their order dashboard.

Cancellation requests are reviewed by Graphza Studio, and the client will be notified of the decision.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep our website and ordering system available and functional; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

12. Prohibited Use

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan & USA, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other laws that may apply to a client based on their location.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
